AES Marconi offer a 'One Stop' in-house repair or restoration solution. Highly experienced in all forms of insurance claims including water, fire and storm damage, accidental damage and subsidence . Our team includes experienced building surveyors, quantity surveyors and contract managers. We are experienced in project management and the preparation of quotations to meet the specific requirement of each individual claim.
Our dedicated team of project managers coordinate an experienced team of time-served tradesmen to ensure an efficient and cost effective repair/ restoration solution. Our dedicated customer care team remain focused and sensitive to the policy holder throughout the whole process and are in constant contact to make sure all issues are listened to and addressed.

Construction
The three managers in our Building Division team have over 70 years experience in the construction industry between them. Recent clients include Education and Library Boards, Health Trusts, Housing Associations, Charities andprivate contracts for Property Developers. We specialize in small to medium sized contacts from £10,000 to £400,000.
Maintenance
Our team of experienced tradesmen combined with our dedicated Customer Service team and systems gives us a great platform for providing a first class property maintenance service. We currently provide reactive and regular maintenance services to domestic and commercial properties for property professionals, charities and private landlords.
Site Security
With the growth in derelict and dangerous sites in the past few years we have developed a service for property professionals in assessing site security issues and installing or providing solutions. Our years of experience in securing sites and in providing insurance companies with professional services means we have been ideally placed to assist those who have become responsible for derelict or dangerous sites. We have acted for many property receivers and banks putting in place measures to ensure the properties in their possession remain covered by public liability insurance.
